SheetStatement

Everything between the PDF and your books

SheetStatement is designed around a simple workflow: get the data out, prove it's right, and put it where it belongs.

Drag, drop, done

Upload many PDFs or photos at once. Each file is processed in parallel and lands in your history.

Balance check built in

Every row's running balance is recomputed and compared to the statement, so gaps can't hide.

Edit before export

Fix a date, split a description or change a category directly in the review table.

AI categories

Transactions are labeled with accounting-friendly categories you can change in one click.

Every format you need

XLSX, CSV, QBO, IIF, Xero CSV and JSON from the same conversion.

Reads scans too

Text PDFs are parsed directly; scans and phone photos fall back to an image reader.

Two-stage extraction

We first read the PDF's embedded text, which is fast and exact. If a page has no usable text—a scan, a fax, a phone photo—it is passed to an image model that reads the table visually. You never have to choose a mode.

Running-balance reconciliation

Starting from the opening balance, we add each transaction and compare the result to the balance printed on that line. Matching rows are marked green; a mismatch is flagged in red with the expected value so you can find the missing or misread line. The totals panel also compares the computed closing balance with the statement's.

Export formats

Excel (.xlsx), CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo), QuickBooks Desktop (.iif), Xero CSV, JSON. See integrations for import instructions.

History and re-download

Every conversion is saved to your dashboard. Come back next quarter, make an edit and export again in a different format—no extra pages are counted.
