A workbook you can actually use

Every export has typed date and number columns, a frozen header row and a second sheet with statement metadata—account, period and opening/closing balances—so pivot tables and SUMIFS work immediately.

Checked before you download

We recompute the running balance row by row and compare it to the balance printed on the statement. If a row is off, you see it highlighted in the review table before it ever reaches your spreadsheet.

Works on scans and phone photos

Digital PDFs are read from their text layer. Scanned pages and photos are read with an image model, so old paper statements are no longer a problem.

How to do it

  1. Drop one or more PDF statements into the converter.
  2. Review the extracted table and fix anything highlighted.
  3. Download the .xlsx file.
