Convert Capital One statements to Excel, CSV, QuickBooks & Xero
Capital One 360 statements are short and clean, while Quicksilver and Venture card statements group transactions by cardholder with post date and transaction date columns.
How Capital One statements are handled
When a statement shows both transaction date and post date, SheetStatement uses the transaction date by default and keeps descriptions intact, including the merchant city that Capital One prints at the end of each line.
Tips for Capital One 360 Checking and Capital One credit cards statements
- 360 accounts pay monthly interest—these small credits are tagged as Income.
- Venture statements include a rewards summary that is not a transaction; it is skipped automatically.
- If you need post dates instead, edit the date column in the review table before exporting.
Step by step
- In the Capital One app or website open the account, select View Statements and download the PDF.
- Upload the PDF to SheetStatement.
- Review the balance-checked table and export to Excel, CSV, QBO or Xero.
