Convert Truist statements to Excel, CSV, QuickBooks & Xero
Truist statements still carry design elements from both BB&T and SunTrust depending on account age, with sections for checks, other withdrawals, deposits and a daily balance table.
How Truist statements are handled
SheetStatement doesn't depend on a fixed template, so both legacy and current Truist layouts extract the same way. The daily balance table at the end is used to verify the running balance.
Tips for Truist Truist One Checking and former BB&T / SunTrust accounts statements
- Older SunTrust-era scans are handled by our image reader.
- Truist lists checks in a compact multi-column table; each check becomes its own debit row.
- Business accounts with merchant deposits are categorized as Income by default.
Step by step
- In Truist online banking, choose Documents, then Statements, and download the PDF.
- Upload the PDF to SheetStatement.
- Review the balance-checked table and export to Excel, CSV, QBO or Xero.
